Nick Dolan is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of Spur Ridge Capital. Prior to founding Spur Ridge, Nick spent nearly a decade leading go-to-market strategies and scaling high-growth, PE and VC-backed SaaS companies. With deep expertise in building and optimizing sales organizations, Nick has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, hiring top talent, and guiding companies through critical inflection points—from product-market fit to scalable growth. His leadership roles at companies including TCP Software, Alviere, Altvia, and talentReef have spanned multiple industries and customer segments, giving him a cross-functional perspective on what it takes to grow and operate in competitive markets. Nick is passionate about partnering with founders to unlock operational excellence and long-term enterprise value. Nick earned his B.A. from Whittier College and lives in Denver, Colorado with his French bulldog, Jagger. Outside of work, he enjoys the Colorado outdoors and serves on the board of Colorado Uplift, supporting youth development in the Denver community.
