Bruce Rogers serves as a strategic advisor to Spur Ridge Capital on behalf of the Rogers Family Trusts and affiliated investment entities. In this role, Bruce provides guidance on investment strategy, founder alignment, and value creation, drawing on decades of experience building and backing middle-market businesses.
Bruce is a founding partner of Mountaingate Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm, and previously co-founded its predecessor firm, KRG Capital Partners, where he served as Managing Director and investment committee member. Across both firms, Bruce has helped lead the acquisition and growth of founder-led businesses and has served as Chairman and board member of numerous successful Mountaingate and KRG portfolio companies.
Bruce is also deeply committed to service and leadership development. He is the past Chairman of The Ability Experience, a national nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities, and the founder of its cross-country cycling event, The Journey of Hope. Based in Colorado, Bruce enjoys skiing, cycling, fitness training, and spending time with his wife, Sally, and their three children.
